Sizing guide
- 3cm x 5 m (extended).
- 6cm x 5m (extended)
- 8cm x 5m (extended)

Fitting & user guide
- Place the end of the bandage flat against the base of the toes.
- Wind round once, passing the bandage under the foot.
- Wind round a second time, up towards the ankle.
- Wind the bandage a third time, round the ankle and back to the foot, making a figure of eight.
- Cover the heel.
- Pass the bandage under the foot and return to the ankle.
- Return to the top of the foot, pass the bandage under it and round the ankle.
- Wind the bandage up round the calf, evenly spacing the spirals according to the instructions.
- Wind the bandage up round the calf, forming figures of eight around the leg, evenly spacing the spirals.
Care instructions
- Wash only with soapy water, without detergent or bleach.
- Squeeze out excess water, iron at low temperature if required.
- Can be autoclaved at 120 °C if required.
