1. Slip on the knee brace (window at the back). 
2. Smooth out any creases, especially in the popliteal area, and carry out a few flexions to make sure the brace is properly positioned.
3. Make sure the patella is properly positioned above the “V" formed by the front straps (a).
4. Pull these straps (a) and fix them behind on the felt pad at the top of the knee brace (figures 1 and 2).
5. Pull the side straps (b) up and fix them half way up on the self adhesive material. 
6. Cross them over and place them on the felt padat the top of the knee brace, in front of where the previous straps were fixed (figures 3 and 4).
7. For comfort during wear, make sure the straps are not creased. 



1. Wash only with soapy water, without detergent or bleach.
2. Squeeze out excess water.
3. Dry away from heat sources.
