Slip the sleeve into the length of the arm

Starting on the hand, position the 4 major tabs (Hand, Wrist, Elbow then Axilla) on the tightening guides, according to the chart on the product insert. See example below.

Position the intermediate tabs to a similar tightness as the major tabs adjacent to them

HOW TO POSITION THE TABS ON THE TIGHTENING LEVELS

Hand Wash

• Soak the garment in cols soapy water (use only a soft soap)
• Rub with a clean sponge and squeeze out excess water
• Lie flat
• Allow to dry away from direct heat.

Machine wash

• Wash on wool programme in cold water
• Squeeze excess water out by hand
• Lie flat
• Allow to dry away from direct heat.

When the garment is not being worn, store flat with velcro tabs fastened.
